No need to hurry, no need to sparkle, no need to be anybody but oneself - Virginia Woolf
Let Me Introduce Myself
I’m a fully qualified, experienced person-centred counsellor. I trained for 3 years at East Sussex College in Lewes and Eastbourne to qualify with a foundation degree in Person-Centred Counselling from the University of Brighton.
Before training as a counsellor, my professional background was as a focus group and one to one moderator and facilitator working in sensitive areas such as sexual health, menstruation, motherhood and chronic illness. My years in the marketing industry gave me first hand experience of a high pressure, demanding work environment and struggling to manage the work-life balance.
